One Done
Monday was a rest day and today we were going to run early with Angela. I had a pretty crappy night and felt quite sore so when I heard rain I just rolled over and went back to sleep.
I felt better this afternoon and went to the gym and did my weights program for the week. The workout went well and I threw in a couple of challenges to myself. Tomorrow I hope to do an easy 5k at the Bay.
