sfGnome thinks that tiger angel is the most beautiful woman in the world (no offence to any super models with low self esteem reading this). Together, we're running our way to better health, a wider circle of friends and yet another shared obsession. tiger angel's normal obsession is short triathlons, but currently she's concentrating on getting back to full health. sfGnome's normal obsession is tiger angel, everything else comes second. tiger angel and the Gnome are both in their (very) late-forties, have three great kids (and one daughter-in-law) and think that God is pretty awesome.

Really hard to bare having the back go out and for an undetermined time as well. Hope the cortisone helps you walk without pain, and you can get back running ASAP.
