10k Cancelled.

With all the lectures and homework this last week my sleep has been fairly messed around. So when I woke once again at some ridiculous hour this morning Gnome and I turned off the alarm and canned the 10k run. Best decision we made :-). Now I may be able to stay awake for the Swans after doing 10 hours at work today.

oooh I savour those extra minutes in bed after you have switched the alarm off.... I agree a sleeo in is sometimes an essential part of training :)

Watching the Swans/St Kilda game as I type this and Sydney is 4 points ahead. I'm sleeping in tomorrow - so looking forward to it! You obviously need the rest.

I know nothing at all about football, but that's a good photo of it! It was good to see you both at Blackmore's....sorry I couldn't put a name to you TA! Never good at names but the brain had 'time out' just as I saw you!!
