It's cold getting out.

Is there anyone else out there who goes swimming at night in winter? Obviously very few as there were only 4 others in the pool when I arrived about 7.30pm tonight. The water was reasonably warm and I just enjoyed turning the legs and arms over for the next 40 mins. Tonight was an easy swim but I know that soon I will have to start putting the hard yards in if I want to increase my tri distance this summer.

I really enjoyed the last 10 minutes when I had the pool to myself BUT I didn't enjoy getting out and making the cold dash to the showers.
