Yep, that's how I'm feeling :-( :-( just lying around sleeping. Why do these things happen on a weekend?? Can I make it back to upright before I'm supposed to be snowboarding on Tuesday? UURRGGHH... :-(

sfGnome thinks that tiger angel is the most beautiful woman in the world (no offence to any super models with low self esteem reading this). Together, we're running our way to better health, a wider circle of friends and yet another shared obsession. tiger angel's normal obsession is short triathlons, but currently she's concentrating on getting back to full health. sfGnome's normal obsession is tiger angel, everything else comes second. tiger angel and the Gnome are both in their (very) late-forties, have three great kids (and one daughter-in-law) and think that God is pretty awesome.
